  • Treat every individual with fairness, equality, and cultural sensitivity.
     
  • Foster inclusive environments that respect diversity in all forms.
     

6. Collaboration

  • Work constructively with participants, families, and other providers.
     
  • Share knowledge and resources where possible to improve participant outcomes.
     

7. Responsibility to the Sector

  • Lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practice strengthens the NDIS.
     
  • Support Ethical Tick’s mission to raise the bar beyond compliance, setting a new standard of trust and values-driven care.
