Disability Support Worker Training Grant Now Available

 To meet current employment demands to support the NDIS, more Disability Support Workers are needed to come into the support sector, to provide individuals with fulfilling person-centred care.  However, changing the perceptions of what being a Support Worker actually is also needs to change, and Ethical Tick want to be a leader in that push to bring better workers into the sector.

That’s why Ethical Tick is launching our Disability Support Worker Training Grant, to make it easier for those looking to get into the support sector and to start their career pathway the minimum training qualification requirements.  Through our Registered Training Organisation partner, My Training Centre (RTO#40094) Ethical Tick’s Disability Support Worker Training Grant will provide the grantee the cost of the student contribution for the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) (valued at $535).

This is currently just open for South Australian Disability Support Workers, with 100 training grant spots available for 2025.

To see if you’re eligible for the Disability Support Worker Training Grant, please complete the form below and a member of My Training Centre’s Student Support Team will be in contact within 48-business hours for additional information to complete the grant application process.  Successful grantees will then receive a Grant Code, allowing them to pick the Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) course that works best for you and begin their career as a Disability Support Worker!
