Disability Support Worker Training Grant Now Available

To meet the growing demand within the NDIS, more qualified Disability Support Workers are urgently needed to provide high-quality, person-centred care. Ethical Tick recognises that alongside increasing workforce numbers, there’s also a need to shift public perception around what it truly means to be a Support Worker—and they’re committed to leading that change.

That’s why Ethical Tick has launched the Disability Support Worker Training Grant—a new initiative designed to make it easier for aspiring workers to enter the sector and meet essential qualification requirements. In partnership with My Training Centre (RTO#40094), the grant covers the full student contribution cost for both the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) (valued at $535) and the CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support (valued at $350).

This opportunity is open to South Australian applicants only, with 100 grant placements available for 2025. All training is delivered face-to-face at My Training Centre’s Royal Park, South Australia campus.
