About the Role
This isn’t your typical PBS role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
- Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support to participants
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide training and guidance to support teams implementing behaviour strategies
- Monitor and review behaviour support plans to ensure ongoing effectiveness
- Maintain documentation in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements
- Uphold best practice and ethical standards in all aspects of your work
What They’re Looking For
- Experience as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient, or Advanced)
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and Behaviour Support framework
- Ability to build genuine relationships with participants and stakeholders
- A practitioner who values quality over shortcuts
- Someone who wants to grow, develop, and become an expert in their field
